I take a pride in providing a high standard of customer care. All jobs are confirmed by a quote and if you require any additional work, I am happy to provide a further quote. I work to The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, 2008, which places a duty on me not to trade unfairly. I must not deceive my customers or omit important information and will not use aggressive sales techniques. When I come to quote for you, I will not outstay my welcome and will not pester or harass you once I have sent you the quote. I will give you a minimum cooling off period of at least 7 calendar days, once you have accepted the estimate, in order to cancel the contract. I must also put problems right if things go wrong due to faulty or poor quality workmanship and this must also be done in a reasonable time. My aim, however, is to go further than that and offer the best service I can, to you, my client. Customer care is essential to the smooth running of my business. I am honest and reliable and will be courteous and respectful to you and your property at all times. I will keep you informed of any changes or problems and will advise you before starting any work that will involve extra costs to those in your quote. I take time to prepare surfaces and ensure care and attention to detail. My work is durable and to a high standard. Your furnishings will be protected during the work and I will clean up, using my own equipment, when I have finished the job. I hold £1,000,000 Public Liability cover, so if things do go wrong, You are covered. If things do go wrong, call me, if you are not entirely satisfied, I will do my best to put things right for you. I am also a member of the Buy With Confidence Scheme, run by Trading Standards. In order to become an approved member, I underwent a series of detailed background checks, including a review of any complaints received. References are taken up from previous customers and I have to abide by the scheme's code of conduct. The scheme is run independently by local authority Trading Standards Services directly. I will be monitored by Trading Standards on an ongoing basis and you can rest assured that any problems will be dealt with fairly and if a resolution cannot be reached, you can turn to Trading Standards for advice.
